Cancellations made on or before August 26, 2026 will receive a full refund. Because final guarantees for hotel accommodations and food & beverage are due at that time, no refunds will be issued after August 26, 2026.

If you are unable to attend after this date, you may:

• Apply your payment as a credit toward a future event, education, or an alert service of equal or lesser value.

Event Participation & Conduct

By attending this event, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward all attendees, staff, and speakers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

Photography, Video & Media Release

This event will be photographed and recorded for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. By attending, you grant Payne’s Education and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, and any statements you make in any media format (including but not limited to photos, videos, and audio recordings) without compensation. These materials may be used for marketing, advertising, and future educational content.

Personal Recording Policy

Attendees may not record sessions, presentations, or any part of the event without prior written consent from Payne’s Education. Unauthorized recording may result in removal from the event.

Health & Safety

You agree to comply with all venue rules and any health and safety guidelines in effect at the time of the event. Payne’s Education reserves the right to implement additional measures as necessary.

Liability Waiver

By attending, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and assume all risks associated with travel and attendance. Payne’s Education, its affiliates, and event partners are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.

Event Changes

Payne’s Education reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or venue as necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, refunds or credits will be issued per the stated cancellation policy.

Our services focus on providing education on investing in the stock market. You ultimately decide what you’re going to invest in, and how to structure your investments. It’s critical that you only use strategies and make choices that you determine fit your goals, account size, experience level, and risk tolerance. Of course, any type of investing has risk. We encourage you to take whatever time you need executing paper trades to be comfortable that you’re interpreting and applying appropriately the information that we provide you.

I understand I may not use them or any part or derivative of them for distribution or resale. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

By signing this Agreement you are waiving your right to participate in a class action against Charles Payne, Payne’s Education and its agents, assigns, affiliates. You will first negotiate with the Payne’s Education team in good faith to settle any claim or dispute in any way related to or concerning the Agreement or our provision to you of goods or services. You must send a written description of your claim via certified mail to our corporate office. If you do not reach Agreement with Payne’s Education within 15 days, you agree to submit your claim to final, binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its published arbitration rules, which are a part of the Agreement by this reference and are available at: www.adr.org. Neither you nor Payne’s Education will have the right to litigate claims in court, have a jury trial on the claim, or have claims resolved except as provided for in the code of procedures of the AAA claims. Remedies sought as part of a class action, private Attorney General, or other representative action are subject to arbitration on an individual (non-class, nonrepresentative) basis. Arbitration will take place in Kansas City, MO, and will be governed by and construed under Missouri law, except its conflict of laws rules. AAA has a fee schedule for arbitrations. The parties agree to pay their own fees, cost and expenses including those for council, experts, discovery, and witnesses. A single arbitrator will resolve the dispute if any portion of this arbitration provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable under any principle or provision of law or equity, it shall not invalidate the remaining portions of this arbitration provision or the Agreement, each of which shall be enforceable regardless of such invalidity.
